🔄 Ava Vogue Return Policy

At Ava Vogue, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

📦 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Tags must be intact
• Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

💳 Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

📮 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at returns@avavogue.com with your order number and item details.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.
